Clarke|I was Targets Officer for the 3rd TFW prior to the deployment of its squadrons to Bien Hoa, TSN, etc. I am familiar with the airplane, the mission, and many of the pilots, both from England AFB and Misawa AB, from which the 416th and 531st TFS and much of the 90th TFS came originally.
